  • Physical Projects (Renovations): All construction, remodeling, or physical renovation projects require a signed standalone contract specifying timelines, materials, payment milestones, and local permits in Texas.

  • Digital Projects (Web Design): Web development services will be governed by a scope of work document. Client delays in providing content, logos, or feedback may result in timeline adjustments.

3. Online Store & Custom Orders

Our website permits the purchase of items and submission of custom-made product requests (e.g., custom structures requiring specific measurements provided by the user).

  • User Responsibility: For custom orders (such as structures based on specific pet measurements or custom sizing), the client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements submitted. The Company is not liable for items that do not fit due to inaccurate customer data.

  • Pricing and Currency: All prices listed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Gateways and International Transactions

  • Custom / Tailored Products & Services: Due to the personalized nature of our custom orders, physical renovations, and digital website design services, all sales are final, and refunds are not permitted once work or production has commenced.

  • Standard Digital / Consulting Services: Cancellations for consulting or project management services must be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Web Design Delivery: For website design services, upon final payment, the client receives ownership of the final visual design and content created for their site, while the company retains rights to standard code structures, templates, and portfolio display rights.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital solutions or physical property improvements.
